Returns & Exchanges

At Deadstock Trading Co., we want to make sure you love your product and that every customer is satisfied with their order.

Because every item is individually manufactured to order, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details and sizing information before placing an order.

Please compare measurements to garments you already own and consider your preferred fit, as sizing and garment styles may vary between products.

Returns

We accept return requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny any return request at our discretion.

To request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us or submit a claim through our Claims Page within 10 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We do not offer direct exchanges

If you would like a replacement item, a new order must be placed separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a claim with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Made-to-Order Production

Deadstock Trading Co. operates on a small-batch, made-to-order model to reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste. Every product is individually produced once an order is placed.

We appreciate your support of independent small-batch goods.
